摘要：The preparation of 1-amino-2-phenoxy-4-hydroxyanthraquinone by reacting 1-amino-2-halo-4-hydroxyanthraquinone with phenol in aqueous suspension at a pH offrom 9 to 13 and at a temperature of from 130 to 160 DEG C is carried out by adjustingthe pH of a reaction mixture to between 9.5 and 11.5 when the reaction is complete,separating the reaction product from the liquid phase, and purifying 1-amino-2-phenoxy-4-hydroxyanthraquinone, which has been obtained by reacting 1-amino-2-halo-4-hydroxyanthraquinone with phenol, by washing the crude product with alkalinehypochlorite solution.
