摘要：The invention relates to a process for the preparation of bicalutamide (I) whichcomprises oxidizing N-[4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-3-[(4-fluorophenyl)thio]-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propanamide (II) in a solution of peracetic acid in acetic acid and anaromatic solvent. The preparation of from 4-fluorothiophenol and 4-cyano-N-(2,3-epoxy-2-methylpropionyl)-3-trifluoromethylaniline is also disclosed.
