首先，我觉得你应该有一个英文名，就叫Jade吧，跟你的中文名字挺配的。
第二，你要说的话有些翻成英文不太容易懂，比如“希望有一天可以用自己的画笔在天空中画出所有的美好 分享给大家”，所以，我帮你改了点。但我下面写给你的自我介绍绝对让面试官佩服的。
Hello. My name is Jade Zhang. I'm 18 years old. I'm 170 centimeters tall and weighs 45 kilos. i came from Pei County in Jiangsu Province. I'm outgoing and sociable.
