这类面试，一般问题都不会很多，因为参加面试者人数众多，对于每个人也就问三两个问题，涉及对新的教育理念的了解，英语教学基本功（大方得体，交流自如，口语流利，语音标准等），教学设计，课堂活动和学生管理等。这里给几个典型问题——
1.Briefly introce yourself .
2.Can you say something about your
teaching design of the material ?
3.Will you please say something about your understanding of student-based
teaching?
