我一直也在用盗版的opnet软件，每次用都禁用网线或网卡，我和同学都在国内召开的国际会议上发过关于用opnet仿真的文章，没有问题的。期刊应该也没有问题。

你可以用Ecational Version，只要不是商业用途应该是可以的。
