Healthy food is good for us.I like to take a balance meal.A balance meal should be with protein,fat,carbohydrate,vitamin and mineral.Normally I take bread for the breakfast to have the carbohyrate supplied.For the lunch,normal i have some vegetables and some low fat meat.For the dinner,i will take vegetables and fruits.I like the fruits most because they are normally tasty,I dislike fat meat as it will cause high blood pressure or bring other illness.
