1、at all ：完全，根本，多用于否定句，条件句。如用于肯定句，疑问句。可作 "真的，确实" 解。
Eg. If it were not for the sun，we could not live at all．
2、in all：总的来说，总之，一共。
Eg.
There were twenty in all at the meeting. 会上共有二十人。
There were twelve of us in all for dinner.我们一共十二个人吃饭。
